Good day hope you doing good. I need your urgent suggestion for my situation. I got an offer from new company. I submit my resignation 20 days back.

My company has offical 60 days notice period.

In my situation my iqama is expiring this month 31st Aug.. my current company agreeing to renew it and asking me to add Family Dependant fees to renew my iqama.I dont want to renew and after expiry next week i want to move to the new company .. as notice period is 60 days. I want to serve 30 days and remaining 30 days i want my company to deduct it from my salary. But our company is not accepting this too. What i can do. Need you expert advise pls

1st option.
Let my current company Renew my iqama and complete the notice and ask them to deduct remaining notice  and ask new company to submit transfer request

2nd option.

Wait for iqama expiry  and ask new employer to send request in qiwa and take transfer automatically   ( continue serve notice period until 30 days) and join new company and they will renew my iqama.

Which option is correct and legal.. Please need your urgent reply by today.

JazakAllah khair and remember in prayers

Note : in my contract its clearly written that i can either pay for 60 days notice or Serve 60 days notice period.

And also my current company didnt make my contract digital in Gosi. I just have hard copy of my contract ..

none of your option is good for you, talk with both employer new and old .
Simple case is you have to do 60 days notice period as it is in your contract and your current employer is not agreed. but ask the current employer to give you a letter that you are on notice period and they are not renewing your iqama bcuz of that. So spend notice period without iqama and then ask your new employer to raise the request

So just do hi hello in HR daily and keep reminding them not to renew your IQAMA else i will not be responsible for any payment.
but make sure your new employer will take you on time.
