I’m Pascale. I hope going to leave in Krakow with my family.
I wrote here but I’m not sure I was On-The-right forum….
Could you please tell me if you enjoy your life in Krakow ? And what you don’t like too ?


I would like living in Krakow but I don’t know where I can have détails about fiscalité ? I found some things but not enough to know what I will have to pay. Would you know who I can consult and ask or write all my questions ?
I always would like knowing some points of you about private health, could you tell me if it’s  better to be insured with a particular company ? And wich one ?
I wonder about the weather in Krakow, does it often rain ? I know it’s cold but can we often have sun even if it’s cold ?
When we will in Krakow, is there someone or a place where expats could meet each other, like a coffee or restaurant where a lot of expats go ?

Living in Warsaw, I don't have enough informations about life in Cracow. There are some famous theathers, muzea, art galleries, universitys but day by day life in Cracow isn't familliar to me. Probable it could be nice.  Valérie

I am moving to Lodz from Australia with my two teenage boys and mum.My polish husband will join us in a few months after wrapping up his business in Australia
I have organised a tutor to help us get some polish language skills before the boys start school in sept so it’s exciting but also a little scary to navigate in a country that I have not been to before without the language and start life new but I am confident Poland will be a wonderful experience,any suggestions on things that I should be thinking about to make the transition easier would be greatly appreciated and meeting new people and starting to make a friend circle is also greatly appreciated

I don't think it will be possible for you to get a job on a farm. The employer need apply for worker's permit and such permits are not delivered for workers outside Europe.
