SOCPA Membership renewal with the enrollment of a recommended course.

My SOCPA membership has cancelled. Iqama renewal date is in Oct 2022. If I enrolled for a course in Feb 2022 in SOCPA for one year or one and half years. Can I renew my Iqama in Oct 2022? I heard that after enrolling on a course, the system will activate for the Iqama renewal. Is it correct? If not,聽 if I pay 22K for the Arabic course and enrolled, can I renew the iqama at the same time..?

As far as I know, the way it works:

1) Enrolling in a course is enough to get you a temporary membership.聽 Then you complete the course and submit documents to change it to permanent
2) But if you let the temporary membership lapse without even enrolling then SOCPA, in most cases, will not reactivate that membership on the basis of enrollment - only when you complete the courses

My SOCPA temporary member ship was till October 2022. But suddenly got a message saying that your membership is canceled and need to submit 2 years Degree certificate. My Iqama is valid till Oct 2022. So can I start a course right now targeting for Oct 2022 Iqama renewal?
