PHCC- Offer letter/Application process

Hello everyone,

So a while back on 1st September 2021 I interviewed for a position in phcc, 2 weeks later, I heard back that I passed and I was asked to send in my documents in order to generate an offer letter. I send in my documents 3 days later on 21st September. I haven't heard back from them regarding the offer letter till date, I tried following up by phone but wasn't successful. I would like to know what is the recruitment process length normally and can someone advice me on what to do.

Your help is greatly appreciated.
