Basic Salary Calculation

I am an employer i want to draft a contract for an employee, i intend to pay him a net salary of 170 bahrain dinar, how to i calculate his basic salary, overtime allowance, accomodaion and transport ?

It is your company policy on how you want to allocate among the elements.聽聽It is up to you.聽聽Overtime allowance is only paid when earned and should be kept out of salary contract to begin with.

As I said, it is entirely up to you.聽 You can put 100, 120, 140....etc.
