Interpreter needed for Clinic Visit?

My daughter has to have a growth on her toe removed and I have to schedule an appointment at the Clinique des Cedres.聽 My French is not very good. (To put it mildly.)聽 How likely is it that the clinic will have an interpreter or that the doctor will speak some English?

My husband met someone who called for us.聽 Apparently the doctor will speak English, so hoping for the best.
