New Kafeel not Renew iqama 3 months ago

hi, my old kafeel sale the company to other and after they take transfer without asking us and my iqama was expired. after that transfere, my iqama still expire and they not renew it so can i take again transfere to another company without kafeel permission?
because i ask them but they not allow me to go?
but my iqama expire and new kafeel also not renew it

Don't ask them again.
Just get the transfer if you want.
What work do you do?
Do you know any technical work?

Yes you can get a transfer.
This rule is given on qiwa website home page.

Employee will be transferred immediately if one of the below conditions are met:

1. Employee Work Permit is expired
2. Employee Iqama is expired

Yes, you can take.
You do not need their permission.
