How to remove dependents from Absher

Hello.. my family already travelled almost 9 months before in final Exit visa but on my absher they are still showing as dependent. How can i remove my dependents from Absher as currently i am not able to apply new visa through absher for family.

Inform your company HR/GRO about removing your family as dependent from your Absher/MOI account as they're gone 9 months ago on a final exit only visa. Whoever processed the final exit only visa for your family can request for the removal from your Absher/MOI account. Provide your company HR/GRO with the scanned photocopy of your family exit visa and copy of iqama as back-up document to do their job.
