Looking for suggestions for real estate law firm in Punta Cana.
Also would appreciate any clarifications on the process of opening up DR holding Company and opening up banking account. Anybody here had experience with that?

There are several threads discussing the requirements for opening bank accounts. You can scroll through or search the forum to find those.

I'm not in PC, but I'm sure there is a Guzman Ariza office or two there. They are one of the biggest and most respected firms in the country. Prices are a bit high, but you don't want to cheap out on legal work. We've used their office in Las Terrenas for three real estate purchases. Their website also has a lot of information there.

I am currently using Guzman too for a property purchase in Bavaro...as well a my residence renewal. I agree that a little more moola is worth it for a good quality service.
