Greetings, everyone!

I would really appreciate a guide on how to get a Lakcim Kartya. Non-Eu, have a job permit for 2 years, have a tax number. What to do? Any help appreciated! Cheers!

Hi!

Basically you need to get this official form:

Needs a ton of personal data filled, signed both by you and your landlord.
Also they may ask for your rental contract.

Done at Kormányablak.

But in most cases the (plastic card) residental permit:

suitable as well for official businesses.

When did you get your work permit?Ìý

Do you actually have a residence permit (the plastic card with Residence Permit on it)?

If so, when did you get it?

Thank you so much for your reply! I went to Kormanyablak to inquire about this pink paper and they said that the first lakcimkartya is given by the immigration center. I went to the Immigration center they said that it is given at Kormanyablak. Well, damn!Ìý

But I really do appreciate your insight, I guess I will try the Kormanyablak one more time!Ìý

Yes, I applied for it, just waiting for it to be sent to me by mail. I applied recently!Ìý

You need to be aware of the dates.Ìý Perhaps you have not waited long enough.

You will get the Lakcim card in the post eventually.Ìý It takes 2-4 weeks to arrive after the contact with immigration.ÌýÌý There, they will have inspected your home rental contract or ownership contract which is enough information for the Lakcim card to be issued. They will have given you a receipt at immigration and it should be temporarily good enough to do anything official

There's should be no need to go to the Kormanyablak until you have the residence permit and then you only need the ID card.ÌýÌý

They will send you an appointment for the ID card so there's no need to go there until then. For the ID card, you only need the residence permit, address card and your passport (and maybe employment visa/contract/details).
