Exit Permit for child(without visa)

Post new topic

lukesky
Hi,
My 3 years old son was born in Bahrain. He has all the documents like passport, birth certificate and travel ticket but he doesn't have a visa ever since.

Now we want to leave Bahrain. How can I take my child out of Bahrain? Is passport enough document to show to the immigration officers in airport?
Or will they be needing an “exit permit” of my child?
Appreciate your response.

@lukesky It's better to check with immigration first  before leaving, because you might have to pay fine for not having visa. Now you have to pay fines in the immigration in Isa town. They don't accept in the airport anymore. You can book an appointment in Mawaeid app and check with the officers in the immigration. They will tell you,how much fine or what you have to the needful. Take all the documents and travel documents too and the tickets as well. Do it before leaving so that you don't have problem in the airport or have to cancel.

U can leave by passport only - but u must pay the fine of no visa first.

Hi somebody please respond.  Me and my husband is on work visa in Bahrain. I recently gave birth to my baby on 7th Nov here. We already received her birth certificate, also registered her birth in Indian Embassy. We applied for her passport. But we couldn't apply for dependent visa for her as our salary is not enough. The problem is we want to travel to India  on January and she didn't receive her passport yet. Soi want to know,

how long she can stay here without visa...?

Is there any other documents required for newborn baby to travel to India other than passport and birth registration certificate..?

Is there any further documentation or procedure we have to do before she travels..?

Please somebody respond because we already applied for leave and don't have much time ....

/forum/viewtopic.php?id=906318 read the post, speak to Indian embassy officials and find out if it's possible to exit the country without a visa, you may have a pay a fine at NPRA they may issue an exit permit, but no one can confirm this, visit the embassy and NPRA at the earliest.
