from my memory

there is an urgent request ( i think it takes 15 min in El-Abaseya) but you pay more fees (something like 15 L.E)
but it's better that waiting for a week

and what you need ( call them to make sure you got everything handy before you go there)

i think you will need
1- criminal status Form (that's what you will pay for it 15 L.E the urgent one) and this you can get it from there
2- your original Residence card + copy of it
3- 2 of the most recent photo of you
take with you your passport and copy of it just in case they need it

I am not in Egypt.But, I can mobilize few of my contacts there to get it done for me.

I guess its better to call them. I will ask Egytian fellow to call them ( unfortunately, I don't speak Arabic ).
