Are there any physical trainers in Siquijor Philippines

piattepye

The place I live in Bohol is being repaired and having to leave for a month, I am looking at Siquijor and am interested in toning up my body thru a gym, I do yoga and Dumb bells at the moment but even following YouTube workouts am having problems like abbs, and legs firming up. I am looking into if there are any physical trainers in the gyms in Siquijor, I am 70 years old but not too far out of shape. But need to push it to a healthy start., Hard to keep myself motivated.

Don't know about Siquijor specifically, but most gyms in PH will have one or two personal trainers that you can avail yourself of for a reasonable price, the guy we use at our gym in the Valencia area is 1000p per month and is pretty decent. College kid, so his availability is limited, but he's there most mornings. There are a few good gyms on Siquijor island.

Maybe you could rent a bike there and at the end of the month you will great legs haha. Cycling is my main workout and it def works for that..

Sounds good, but do they have decent roads or trails, need to do some cardio anyway

The roads are great, well-paved, with little traffic. There's a main circumferential road and one or two that go across so are more hilly.

Well, I would have to start out slow, the last time I rode a bike everyday was in Kampot, Cambodia in 2016
