Puerto Rico tax form 482

I am only here on temporary assignment.聽 I believe that I need to file form 482, but cannot find an english version for 2017.聽 Does anyone know how I can get this form?

Goverment want people to file online. Hope you are not looking for a refund, it takes a very long time, close to a year.
I could not find any way to switch to English in hacienda.gobierno.pr site so I see no English form.

I鈥檓 sure it鈥檚 on here and you鈥檒l have to create an account to find the form and fill out online. I鈥檝e never filed on here so I don鈥檛 know what the fees would be.
