Good luck with that, all the ones I used want deposits with credit cards, that way they have you by the b#lls when you return car and they claim damage to it.

You might need to find a small local rental company not on the usual websites.

this is one of the reasons which I don't like purchasing buying or giving away some of my info online.

in Burgas I have contacted a private guy whom I rented the car from it was easy cheap well Maintain and payed him 200 euro cash and he payed me back when returned it.

where can I find a small shop?

I use Karmen cars in veliko tarnovo, 200 euro deposit and cash for rental. Never let me down.

Second Kamen in VT, their fleet on the cheaper side can be really old and not worth the savings made. If you can go for their higher priced ones. As they say, good things aren鈥檛 cheap and cheap things aren鈥檛 good.
