Bulgarians and the Internet

Do Bulgarians use the internet? I spent close to 3 hours today looking for online forum/classifieds, but couldn't find anything. Usually each country has at least one portal. What is the active one for Bulgaria?

olx.bg and alo.bg are very active for the selling and buying of goods and some services (but not a lot of services, it is definitely more about the goods on both of those sites). A little less active, but still worth checking out is bazar.bg

There are also specialty forums that are active for things such as cycling, photography, and family life. All of these sites are mostly in Bulgarian, and it can be hard to follow them as many people write Bulgarian in latin letters (as opposed to traditional cyrillic) in casual forums, rather than switching their keyboards, which can make searching for things difficult.
