Hi guys,

I have been married to a Bulgarian for over 25 years! We live in the UK.聽 We had to sell an apartment in Sofia as grandma had to go into a nursing home.聽 OMG who would I trust to start and finish the job particularly聽 when we were not there? Who would be able to speak fluent English to me so that I would know what was going on at each stage??聽 A massive THANK YOU to Stephen T, who you can find on this site. Stephen took the job on and from start to finish handled everything so professionally (even though the process in BG isn't that logical at times)!!聽 He has gone above and beyond the call of duty to help us and I am thrilled by the results!聽 If anyone is considering rental, purchase of selling of property in BG.聽 I would have absolutely no reservations in recommending Stephen's services, happy to be contacted on this subject guys!

My name is Donna and I have been searching for help to sell two properties in Bulgaria and this post came up. We have been trying to sell a house and an apartment for about 4 years now with not much movement given the complexity of our situation and Bulgarian Law. We're pretty desperate now to sell and exploring as many options as possible. I have tried to contact Stephen through this forum but I was wondering what his second name is and if there are other ways to contact him e.g. Facebook or if you know of anyone else who might be able to help?
