Finding Work in Israel - From Uganda.

I'm聽 from Uganda and have a banking background though my current career is in Business Development in a logistics聽 firm. I want to take a break off and want to go to Israel to work and live. I'm thinking of doing banking work if聽 possible but I mainly looking at anything as long as it pays because whichever is better than here in Africa.聽 I'm not sure if I should fly over to Israel and just visit the agencies and hopefully get a job or apply for private positions. I have contacted聽 a few employers and so far no response at all. I have not found a agency yet to ask聽 that could assist me in this career dealing with Israel. Can someone pls advice me on how I should go about it and any contact will be greatly appreciated.
