if both of you are Muslims you have to bring no objection certificate from your guardian in Philippine. Than go to court with two witnesses.聽 Both of yours residence should be article 18. if you are non Muslim than you have to convert to Muslim. After convert get certificate from Ipc that you converted to Muslim. with certificate go to court and get marraige. In this case you don't have to bring permission from your country. Both case residence must article 18.
