Only Child visa

My wife cannot travel to Oman on permanent basis for few years as she is studying in India .

Can I bring my daughter and with my parents . My PRO is saying wife is also required in oman for Child visa to be processed.

Please let me know if any other options .

Yes first your wife has to get family joining visa

You can bring your child along with your parents on a visit visa. if your wife has a family visa (Residence 2year visa) then you can get the visa for your child for 2 year without your wife presents or else ask your wife to come for 1 month and get the family visa for both of them together and then your wife can stay in India for as long as 2 years let her come back bfor Expiry of the visa
