Local help with monthly bill payment for property in SP

Post new topic

Sampa_Brooklin

Hello, I have investment property in SP for 3 years now and I am currently in need for someone to help pay my local bills (condo fee, cable/internet, electricity and IPTU) for my apt in SP. I am not a Brazil resident/citizen and not allowed to have local bank account in Brazil.

The person who has been helping me until now is no longer able to help me anymore due to his personal family issues and relocation etc. Until now I had been wiring money to this person in SP on monthly basis and have him pay my condo bills (using boletos).

Does anyone know anyone in SP who can help me in this situation? It goes without saying that this person has to be honest and trustworthy.

Thanks.

Best I can avail is to get you  a tenant, if that helps.

As for the checking account, there is not way around this. You will need one.

You will end up taking a deep discount, if you manage to get a decent tenant, just so they can wire you the rent.

My opinion, way to dicey.

I am do not take payments into my accounts. This is the kind of situation I would rather avoid.

Did you find someone to help you out? Old thread I know, but just popped up

Just read it, and fired up my answer. Never thought of looking after the date.

The algo on this portal is somewhat fishy.

And why someone would ask any stranger to be "their escrow" is beyond me.  Reads like one of those dodgy Nigerian Prince scams, if you ask me.
