How to check my itau bank balance?

I opened bank account in itau bank. I got master card( credit and debit)聽 so how can i check my balance in mobile apps?? I installed apps. But it required 4 digit pin. But my pin is 6 digit.

Call or go to bank and they will give you the security code (chave de seguranca) for mobile app. They will need the 6 digit # to help you.
Easiest is to go to branch and can help at front desk.
The chave should be same as debit card.
