My wife and I are in the process of relocating from Tampa to Caldas da Rainha.聽 We have already purchased an apartment in Caldas but are looking for additional properties.

Can anyone recommend an English speaking Real Estate Attorney in the Caldas Area?聽

2 years ago I used the services of a property consultant, and they were tireless in what they did for me.

They are not an agent, but they will take a brief from you, (and any properties you have traced), and then they will track the property and the agents.

For the fees they charged, including all the the travel they did, I felt it was really good value, and it cuts down on the hours you spend with agents that are only trying to close a deal.
