Does anyone have knowledge on how to get all documents to bring a 5 pound Yorkie from Toronto to Dublin Ireland? Thanks in advance.

To add, your forum information tells us you're interested in moving to Lisburn, which is in Northern Ireland, yet you ask for information about flying to Dublin, which is a different country. I'm assuming that this is because there are no direct flights between Canada and Northern Ireland; if so, you also need to meet the requirements for importing your pet into Northern Ireland from Ireland; the Northern Ireland Government website has the details about how to do that, this will take you straight to it.
