How to resist runaway case from my company

Hello my name is kuteesa ivan, my question is how can i resist my company from putting runaway case on me. Because when my contract is done i would like to resign from the company what can i do please

Just give them the resignation letter.

No such thing as resist.  Resign and get visa cancelled to avoid that.

Resign in a legal way giving a notice period and leave nicely from ur current job

The company my brother work, they put run away case on him, now he get Job, but the new employer said he can't apply new visa for him till they remove the run away on him.. Now he don't know what to do, bcz he wen back to his old company to release him, but they told him his problem are with lmra and not them,, so he have to go there and settle with them. But he's scared to go to lmra, maybe they arrest him and send him back to his country, please help if there's anything he can do, so he can stay and work, Thank you

The runaway case has to be removed, either by the company or, if it was a false case, by him through a lawyer.

Not if you are not on their visa.

I am on allow mobility and still did not find a job . my employer is threatening me to leave bahrain otherwise they will put run away case. And also asking to provide air ticket so that they can cancel the visa

Then they can as you are on their books and not coming to work.

@Lawyer.zahraa.alwatani Assalamualaikum madame my friend came in Bahrain 2013 in a company for work but some month After the company was not give him salary properly that's why he came from this company without saying and work others place from last 10 years .

Now he Wanted apply' for flexi visa but online saw not eligible to apply'

So how can apply' for visa suggest me Please madame . and how will know there is anyway case or not .

Hi My brother submit his resignation on the post ofc and he received the pink card last september 12, 2024 his visa will be finish this coming 20th of October.


Due to not receiving his salary for 3 to 4 months he decided not to continue to work and wait for his visa to be expired .


Last Sept 11, he went to LMRA to asked an advise and LMRA open for h a mobility.


Today, 17th of october her employer tknew that his visa cant renew and employer asked my brother if went to LMRA for mobility .


Then the same day my employer submitted a  deportation request . Is it possible to deport the employee without any violation and already open the mobility to LMRA, Employer should  be punish not the employee .

@md jamil Jumil A visa sponsorship is required for him. However, if his previous employer filed a runaway case against him, it's likely that his visa application will be rejected. To confirm, you should visit the NPRA with a copy of his passport or attempt to apply for a visa to see if it is approved.
