Someone, probably your sponsor deposited money via saddad prior to making a transaction i.e. Iqama renewal or something else.

Thank you sir for the response so it means that they already paid for my transfer sponsorship because been waiting for my transfer.

They put the money.  It is not paid yet.   Once they raise the request, that is when the balance will be utilized.

You mean my sponsor did not pay yet? its just an amount to pay for sadad right?

i have the same issue so my iqama expired in April and i sent my sponsor money for renewal 2months back but he never renewed it so i just checked in my Absher and i saw i have amount deposit of 500sar in my passport iam just worried. anyone can give some idea about this pls

I have already explained it before.  If the amount is still showing in Absher, it just means that it has not been utilized for whatever purpose it was put there.

Hello everyone so my Iqama expired 3 months ago and I sent money to my sponsor for renew but he never done it he said his account was disabled that he cannot used it to pay and he said to give him time but its been a while 4 months so now he doesn't reply my messages so I want your advice guys what can I do.

Absolutely nothing if you were purchasing the so called free visa.

@XTang hi good day, how can we know, for what is the fund not yet utilized? But in my case i usually pay for my dependent fee, 😭 just wondering what is it for i still have sr2769 in my absher passport available fund. Thank you.

Hello I need your help. Upon checking i have 743 balance. Then when I tried to pay it only shows 650SR and I cannot edit the amount to pay it full. What can or should I do?
