You have a contract for the supplier company.
If you do not finish that contract you will have to pay for your ticket and many more.
So, just finish it.

You will never be able to punish them.
Their business is closed due to COVID 19.
So, they have a very very solid reason to transfer you to other work.
Even if you go to the court you will get nothing.
All contracts have one condition that if employees want to leave without completing their contract then they will not get all the benefits and company can ask them to give money for the iqama which they would have renewed that year.
That iqama fee is nearly 12 thousands Saudi Riyal now.
So, do not do anything stupid.
Just have patience, let the new system start and after your contract over you can get transfer to another company.

I came Saudi before 4 month back .I didn't accept my contract.the basic salary put not same offer letter.i came here in here as elv technician but visa provide a labour company and profession is labour.here work is same like labour I can't continue this job and am very weak mentally.company treat me badly

Brother I have a contract for 2 years and I have finished almost 14 months sp remaining 10 months will be the balance.Can I go for final exit now legally. Will they can ask my training period of salary is it legally accepted? Kindly advise
