Divorce and how about my family visa , help please

No one want divorce.. but something can happen suddenly.. I will face divorce and I don鈥檛 have work (im on visa 22#transferabble .. if I divorce can I still stay in Kuwait and looking for job ? I feel unfair if I can鈥檛 and I feel bad if it鈥檚 like I just resigning my job for my husband then now I getting throw 馃ス馃ス any information maybe will help me .. thank you 馃檹馃徎

sorry to hear that, to answer your question, as your husband is your sponsor on a family visa, if you are no longer a family, he cannot sponsor you. the best bet would be to delay the paperwork until you find a job, transfer your residency to it, then proceed with the paperwork.

You can search for job and once you find a company that wants to hire you, explain your situation to them and ask them if you leave Kuwait , can they provide you a work visa ? Often they can.

Also I suggest you to contact your embassy and ask for their help because they may have experience dealing with similar cases.
