Dear fellow expats,

I am moving to Tbilisi soon and I am seeking recommendations for good and affordable accommodation options. I am open to sharing a flat with other expats or renting a studio or one-bedroom apartment. I would appreciate any advice on the best neighborhoods to live in, and where to look for rental properties. Additionally, any recommendations for trustworthy real estate agents would be great.
