How to pay SSN (Social Security Number) ?

Post new topic

alexmisarins

Hello,

Moved to Malta 6 months ago, registered as self-employed (I work as a freelancer for international company). Since then never received any paper to declare my income which is strange, because in Malta you have to pay SSN and Taxes every 3 months. All kind of gov websites are just for the info with no functionality to declare my income and to pay.

Maybe some of you know how to declare income in Malta being a freelancer / self-employed?

Thank you in advance.

Hey Alex,

Im also self employed working for an international company.

Below are some notes I took on this for myself for this year. But do check the official website (link below) too.

Also, you may want to phone CFR up to get the reference numbers you’ll need to enter when making the payments online. (Each payment needs a different reference number).

All the best.

Andrew
