Is the foreign affairs/embassy in Delhi is closed due to covid?

Hi Does anyone know if the foreign affairs/embassy in Delhi is closed due to聽 covid .聽 My OCI registration papers are in limbo as this is the feedback we have received.聽聽They are busy with a clean up and sanitation operation that is taking a while . We are at wits end with the process
