You advise them that if you give me a final exit visa, you will fall into many problems, such as having to pay sudization, having to pay my GOSI, and having to show your salary in mudad. I will not disappear from your company, Absher, unless I leave KSA. So don't worry.

In that situation, visit the Ministry of Labor (MOL) and from there, you can raise a ticket or complaint and request for local transfer of sponsorship to new company/ or new employer. MOL will then create either a 60 to 90 days notice period for your local transfer within which period the current/present employer will be either forced to give you a "transfer" or a "final exit only visa". If current/present employer opted the latter 鈥渇inal exit only visa鈥�, it will notify MOL that your current/present employer no longer want your services anymore. In that instance, MOL grant your request outright, and automatically transfer your visa iqama to new company/ or new employer.

Status in Qiwa: Pending Completion for Notice Period

Current employer says they will not grant if there is an option, and will issue me final exit visa.

About to complete my service on 15MAY2023. Will wait for the final exit visa thereafter.

@Gpbcexpat2023 I will end my contract also in june 8 2023. I am also pending for current employer approval. my manager wrote in my my non renewal letter no transfer visa and give me final exit.

What happened to your transfer request, brother after they gave you final exit?

I will duty until june 8 2023 and wait for the final exit. my qiwa is pending for current employer approval. my manager told me they will not give transfer but final exit instead

My qiwa reads pending for notice period completion 46 days. What will happen after after the days are complete because my current employer said they will not approve until I finish my iqama which remains 5 months

I'm in same situation. Pls explain what happened in

I submitted resign on qiwa before 2 months and i get new job offer 鈩� accept on qiwa.

when i submitted resignation notice period was showing 21 days and one more notice period is 90 days showing when I received new transfer request.

my current employer accept my resignation and the reduced 21 days to 1 day and contract terminated successfully.

when i open the qiwa and go to the option employee transfer there is still showing 86 days i am totally confused abut this 86 days .

i just want to know my transfer has been completed from my current employer?? Now new employer just pay and complete process on abshar or what ? Please let me know thank you all
