I would appreciate it if anyone could clarify the procedures I should follow to get an instanbulkart for public transportation. I see where it says I can't get a 30 day pass as a foreigner yet I see things like a 1-3-5-15 pass and a top-up option which I may or may not qualify for. It also makes reference to a requirement to get a HES authorization code before I can use any card I get. Can/will anyone clarify this please? I also see conflicting statements on where and how much a simm card and or plan costs as well as where to get same. Any and all responses will be greatly appreciated!
