UNISA teachers not being approved in Taiwan

@Julien Hello my name is Nontobeko from South Africa. I wanted to move to Taiwan and teacher English but i see there's an issue of UNISA teachers not being approved in Taiwan and also i am HIV positive and healthy. I have tried China and Korea with no luck. Please any experience regarding this?
