I was divorced in Sfax in 2021. I wasn鈥檛 actually there but I send a stamped paper to say why I couldn鈥檛 attend. Anyway, my ex-husband gave me my copy of our divorce. I had it translated. This is not accepted when I tried to get married again. I was told it鈥檚 not a final divorce, it is the first part. I鈥檓 confused because he got remarried again so I know we are definitely divorced. I think he didn鈥檛 give me all the papers. If someone would show me an example of what this should look like please I would be grateful ? Thank you

You have to go to the court that did your divorce and get another certificate called certificate on non appeal this is like your absolute get it stamped without that you can't marry again in Tunisia or anywhere
