Saudi Arabia family visa

Dear All,

Good day,

I m planning to bring my family on permanent visa to Saudi Arabia, Alhamdulillah I m earning handful salary,

But I have not completed my degree, I have only course completion certificate which is Apostille from ministry of foreign affairs India,

My question is, Does istiqdam office accept course completion certificate to issue family visa. Also I have my marriage certificate and my kids birth certificate translated and attested from Saudi embassy in Delhi, are birth certificate and marriage certificate need to be attested my MOFA in Saudi Arabia.

Request to please guide me with this,
