No, Sisli is not on the list, it's still open for residency (according to the Ministry of Interior Residency of Migration Management).

But the price is increased from 75K to 200K.

what you meant wıth 75k / 200k ?

Prior to October 16th, a residence costing a minimum of USD 75K was sufficient for residency; however, this amount has been increased to USD 200K. So, if you intend to apply for residency in Turkey after this date, you should acquire a house that costs at least $200,000. This value needs to be listed on the title deed.

You're welcome.

You can apply through a lawyer and also there are many advisory companies which provide residency service. In any case please get a few offers from experienced companies / lawyers and compared them based on price.

By the way this amount is enough to apply for the Residence permit.

Unfortunately I can't help a lot, we are Canadians looking to relocate in Terkirdag next summer, and I have the same questions as you....I will be contacting the Canadian embassy in Turkey , maybe they cand give us a heads up about the rules of residency in different areas. Sorry I couldn't been more helpful

Just come to Istanbul the beginning of October to stay for a month ,then go back to London and planning to come back on February 2024.

Planning to apply for residency permit but maybe the law will change again,  they may ask for the  will be 300.000 usd. This time managed to register the  water ISKI the gas IGDAS and the apartment management, but failed to register the electricity because they asked for the residency permit number.
