I just moved into an apartment in the Nimmanhaemin area. Is there a trick to getting Internet here? I want to subscribe to the 3BB hotspot but can't seem to find any info or a number to call that's in English. Help!

I clicked on the link. The promo looks great but the link to register just brings up an error code. Most of the web pages on 3BB don't have an option to view in English. I really appreciate your resources. If you can think of another way to subscribe to this promotion, I'd be grateful to know.
