Listing newly formed IT company with Banks

Hi Everyone


i recently opened an IT services company and as a start have 5 employees.


I was told to get benefits from bank , The company must be listed with Banks .


what do Banks consider when listing a company ?

how long the company has to be older ?

how many minimum employees?

etc.


please advise
