What can be afforded in 12000 mvr?

Hi I got a teaching job in male and they are offering 12000 mvr as accommodation allowance that too if they don't provide accommodation.

I want to know what kind of accommodation is available in this range, in male , hulhumale or villimale?

I am preferring a place where my children can play out safely

Indeed the OP is considering moving to Maldives provided the offer he has been offered is a good deal.

Do you, by any chance, know where he could look for housing adverts ? What kind of property is available for 12,000 mvr ?
