SCE Registration Rejected

I come to saudia on general labour visa on aug. 12, 2023. I applied for SCE but they rejected my application with this comment "We apologize for not accepting the application because the graduation date was not more than five years ago." Now will they return my registration fee that they charged 500 SAR or not.

I got the same situation. They don't refund you 500SAR. If you fill and submit the forum of Final Exit that you can find on SCE Electronic Applications, they will charge 250 SAR to give you 1 year Temporary Membership. After 1 year they will ask you to upload the degree again and may be they give you 1 more time temporary membership. I think this wheel rotates again and again untill your degree isn't getting old for more than 5 years.
