Oman resident card for infants

Do we have resident card for infants ?

My daughter is 1 year old, we got her 2 years Oman family joining evisa.

When I applied for a resident card for her, they said it is not required.

And they also didn't stamp 2 years visa on passport.

How, without a resident card and without a stamp visa, will immigration officers in India allow her to travel to Oman?
