MM2H is currently stuck down a tandas. Its very expensive anyway.

Remember to purchase a property you need state authorisation.

No such thing as "im renting a place, therefore I can stay as I like."聽 In such a case, you rent and then leave when your tourist visa ends and then come back again later. What youre proposing requires employment, student or marriage, same like other countries.

The other proposals in here are true, like MM2H and other ideas, but generally these are not simple or cheap or happen soon.

Some immigration rules appear to be relaxing, this might help some people.
