Exapt visa processing time

Post new topic

Hello All,
I want to know the expat visa processing time. My employer has applied visa today. So when can i expect that to be approved?

Thanks in advance

Gravitas

Depends on who is the approving body and how long they take before it goes to immigration.

Up to one month and if approved, a Visa with Reference has to be collected by you from the Malaysian consulate in either Chennai, Mumbai or Delhi

This shows the process and cost.

But I thought you wrote earlier your application went in on 21 February. It could therefore just be the final step for the VAL (visa approval letter) where it should take 5 days to approve.

Hopefully the employer has already applied for the VDR or it is included in the VAL (see link above for different arrangements)

Thank you Gravitas
