Is there Chinese people living in Haiti?

I have an intermediate level in Chinese (HSK 3) and I never had the chance to meet a Chinese person in real life. So I would like to know if there's any Chinese people or Chinese speaker with other nationalities living in Haiti or Santo Domingo. If yes, I would love to meet you!
