Does anyone knows if A California divorce from Philippines woman is excepted as legal divorce by the Manila PSA ? The marriage was a civil marriage in Manila...

As far as I know a divorce is legal from another country. It just has to be on record with the proper Philippine authorities.聽

I am no legal expert but I remember doing research years ago about Filipina's getting divorced in another country though the married in the Philippines聽 and it being legal for remarriage.

You should be able to find this info on the internet.
