can someone suggest where and how i can play tennis in stockholm and what the process is? I am a regular player, mid-ability and have recently relocated

Tried googling options and do not know how the process works or what is the best to do this- booking a court where and how? Getting someone or a coach/marker to play with

This activity is essential to my mental health, it's the one outlet I have so I am desperate to find options and cannot figure out how to do it
