Ormoc Leyte port transportation to liloan

I'm arriving by ferry from cebu to ormoc early in a month. Does anyone know much about my best options getting there from the port to liloan ( hima angan province specifically)Can't seem to find any information online . I've heard a van or bus is best option as taxi very costly. Though don't want ride without aircon or too many stops since it's about 3 hours.  Any advice would be helpful as I'm clueless ....hihi
