Mobily Air 5G Issues and Cancellation Penalty

Hi All,

Apologies if a similar question has been asked earlier. I have been using Mobily Air 5G device for almost a year. Since last two months I have faced issues with connectivity and there is no Internet on my device.

I have made numerous complaints but everytime they close the complaints without any resolution. Desperate I asked them about cancellation and they told me I need to pay 1600 SAR to make the cancellation.

Meanwhile they are continuing to bill me without service. Has anyone else faced a similar issue and found a resolution ? Any help would be much appreciated.
