Since she  is  Muslim  and  a newly  convert  ,  she  should  follow  Islamic   Way  of  handling  the  problem. If  her  husband  in  Philippine  is  not  willing  to  follow  Islam  ,  she  can  make  Fahas  (   divorce  from wife)   and  sent  her  with  the  support  of  Islamic  Guidance shaikh. After  divorce  ,    she  can  marry  a  muslim.  This  is  the  right  way   to establish  right  for  all.
